Budgeting tips ??

What are your saving and budgeting tips ?? 
I had some money saved up but had to spend it a couple months ago. And now I’m living paycheck to paycheck. 
Any advice ??

You need to make a list and see everything that you spend money on. You need to be able to see where your money goes. Once you can see where your money goes you can pick out what you can no longer have for however long.

Meal plan ways to cook inexpensively. We mostly eat the same meals every 1-2 weeks because Ive figured out how to maximize portions (with leftovers) with less expense eg soups/stews, pasta/rice/lentil dishes with smaller amounts of meats etc. Doing it this way, I dont overbuy at the grocery as much and I make those dishes regularly. Also look into a capsule wardrobe with just a few seasonal pop pieces so you dont buy a ton of clothes you dont really need.

Easy things to cut out are eating/coffee out, subscriptions. You can shop off marketplace or thrift instead of new. You definitely have to look at your fixed vs. Variable expenses and figure out where the money is going.
