Is it unreasonable to expect someone to come to your door when purchasing something you’re selling?

I’m a SAHM and live alone. I have 2 kids (9 months old and 2.5 years old) and I’m 5 months pregnant. I sell stuff on Facebook marketplace here and there just as a little extra money when it’s needed, but lately it’s started seeming like too much of a hassle because almost every time I sell something to someone, they get here (I live in an apartment) and they don’t wanna come to my door for whatever reason or they tell me to just bring it out to them at their car. Which means I have to get my kids dressed and put shoes on my toddler, put my baby in a baby carrier with my big belly in the way, hold my toddlers hand and let him walk with me, AND carry whatever they’re wanting out to them down stairs and down the hill to get to where the parking area is🫠 like is it unreasonable to expect someone to come to your door when buying something from you ? Obviously I don’t tell anyone I live alone with kids due to safety purposes but still how can I politely start telling people I’m not brining whatever they want out to them? They usually always wait until they get here to tell me they “can’t” come to the door.
