I hope a gynecologist sees this so I can stop worrying but anyways…I’m 6 months pp and used the bathroom this morning. When I wiped I noticed stringy dark blood clots almost black. I didn’t notice any other spotting so I don’t think it’s a period….of course I looked it up on the internet and saw something about stringy blood clots can sometimes indicate a tumor near the urinary tract which can sometimes be cancerous so now I’m freaking out. Has this happened to anyone else before? Should I make an appointment or be concerned?
