Hi! I have PCOS so irregular periods aren’t out of the norm but this cycle has been different.

After ovulating which was packed full of rough symptoms. Nausea, pain, fatigue, tummy issues. I had very light bleeding, not normal for me, lasted 5 days. Very minimal bleeding and very light cramping. I thought maybe implantation bleeding but more heavy than what “they” say you should have.

Now I’m 2 days late, which I’m normally early by 3-2 days if I’m off. No positive test.

Could it be I had a cyst burst and the pain during ovulation was that? And it caused the bleeding?

I haven’t had a cyst bleed before and I have had way more pain and other symptoms with them in the past that weren’t present this time. Has anyone had a similar experience?

Should I contact my doctor, I fear being told it’s nothing or just go on bc again.
