Std or something else?

i’m having a lot of watery discharge.. doesn’t have a smell but it does itch and burn just a bit when peeing not a lot.. not in any pain either and it’s white but has a slight yellowish color to it when seen on white tissue which I know is normal but the discharge is excessive and bothersome.. I started miconazole last night for yeast infection just to see if that would help and i’m only on day 1 so I know improvement won’t be much seen yet.. but I just went to the restroom and my underwear literally looks like I peed myself.. and it slightly smells like pee i’m so confused!! if this is an std which one has excessive watery discharge?
