Period lighter than usual and blood is dark
I noticed this month my period is a lot lighter than usual. It’s in time but at first the blood was very dark. It’s lightened up some but my period is just not very heavy. I usually have really heavy bleeding when I first start, but this is pretty normal, more like how my flow is towards the end of my cycle. I’m not in any kind of bc or anything as I am giving my body a break. Should I be worried ? Or is this normal?
