Hey yall.

I haven’t had hot water in my apartment for about 3-5 days now. I called my office 3-4 times and they stated 2 times they’re putting a work order in.

I called the emergency line 2 times (when I first noticed it and after I called in, and realized the issue wasn’t fixed- this was at 3 and 5am before I was set to start college.

Maintenance came in yesterday & concluded my water tank needed to be replaced.

This morning I come home at 5am and no hot water yet.. What do I do? And what rights do I have? (texas)
