Long story short… I have a 2 year old and just before his first bday I had a miscarriage. The d+c caused uterine scarring and after several hysterscopies it’s possible that I can still get pregnant but not for certain. Periods have been off ovulations the last few cycles have been off too. We’ve been very active lately but I can’t be sure that I ovulated this month except for some ewcm just a couple days after my period ended. 10 days before my period is due again I had very light pink spotting but only when I wipe and it happened for 2 days, then nothing. Now I’m have very uncomfortable cramping but no blood and my period isn’t due for another week. My hope is that the spotting was implantation and the cramping in experiencing is the embryo getting comfy in my uterus… but a pregnancy test I took today (7 days before period) is negative. I would think that I would have even a faint line since the spotting was 3-4 days ago. Thoughts?
