Comprehensive insurance claim question
I’m hoping I can post here and get some answers. My insurance claims advisor issued me a check with mine AND the shop that I chose to fix my car. I know it has to be signed by me and the other party, but does the other party need to be present at my bank to sign,
Or can he sign the check and I take it to my bank to cash it? I’ve never been in a situation like this before.
