Could it be my 🌈? 🙏🏼

A little backstory on my post… I had a BFP back in June, confirmed with my OB 7/01 and that same day I started spotting. Forward to 12 days, after on and off spotting it gradually turned into a miscarriage on 7/13. 😔 Hubby and I waited until the bleeding stopped and then baby danced a few times in the month of July. My HCG count was back down to zero as of 2 weeks ago. No aunt flow since then, no signs of anything. I have been feeling very congested and then a random twinge here & there on my uterus and shocks shooting in my breasts. Very similar to my last short lived pregnancy. Praying it is my 🌈 baby 🙏🏼. What do y’all think?
