13w / trigger warning

So I’m 13 weeks today been light pink and light brown then today this hit & I know I could be more than likely miscarrying but what comfort items help for this because I have had one but I was way too early to be going through this. :( my doctor said the soonest they could get me into anything for any help or ultrasound would be the 14th… I tried to get in earlier today and they said they called the obgyn at the hospital near by to do an ultrasound and I called them and they said nobody had called there to set anything up or send anything over. I have a sitter for the 4 babies under 5 but it’s such a hassle trying to get anything done when you can’t be told anything because people lack the communication skills.
