7 week ultrasound advice

Asking for a friend, but really!

This was her 7 week ultrasound… but compared to my 6 week from my last pregnancy it looks very strange and empty. At 6w my uterus black hole was huge lol, and the baby literally looked like a peanut up in the corner. Solid peanut. Hers is empty? And her actual space for the fetus is so small?? Is this normal? Pictured is hers, and below, mine from my 6w appt for comparison.

They’ve called her back for another ultrasound in 2 weeks.
