IUD and babies

I had my iud (Mirena) in for a year and half just got it out 7/23. My boyfriend and I are currently trying for a baby. How long did it take y’all to convince after getting it removed?

I had my first Mirena in for around 6 years. I had it removed about a month before we started TTC and it took about 4 cycles of active trying to get pregnant with my first.

That makes me feel a little bit better. I know all bodies aren’t the same but I know a lot of people it takes about a year after having it and we’re hoping it’s sooner than later
