late period

i’m 6 months post-partum . i gave birth back in january .. basically i came on here to wonder why my period was late 6 days after being 🥛🥛in on july 23 . my period was supposed to arrive on august 7/8 but it came on august 13 instead .. which makes me worry if it’s heavy implantation bleeding or my period being late ? i’m a teen mom asking for advice .
