Huge glob of mucus ???

I’m 2 months pp from an emergency c section and this last week I’ve had a ton of discharge I only get when I’m pregnant or when I’m ovulating. It’s like a weird mix. I’m also strictly breastfeeding and haven’t gotten my period.

I was going to the bathroom and this just came out of me. It literally looks like (to me) my mucus plug that just didn’t come out til now. It was literally the size of a Roma tomato. Is that even possible???

No weird odors, nothing crazy but this coming out of me. The nurse is saying that’s normal discharge but I can assure you, this has never came out of me before.
