Nurse on both sides?

If you use a hakkaa do you nurse on both sides still, or do you only nurse on one side?

Both. Most of the time baby only wants one but I always offer the second. Sometimes she takes it, but most times she doesn’t.

Nursing on both sides will help keep your supply. The haakaa doesn't stimulate the nipples and only removes excess milk from oversupply. If you don't nurse the other side as well, your supply will suffer.

I only nursed one side per feeding until my son was about a year old, I used the haaka for probably 6 months for each feed. Now he’s almost 2.5 and bc my supply is much lower he nurses both sides before bed and when he wakes up.
