Have questions! No tubes.

So have any woman ever had a tubal ligations due to having a ectopic pregnancy still end up pregnant? So I've had a ectopic pregnancy in 2016 an they removed one tube, then 2024 march, I had another ectopic pregnancy from the other tube... And I had regular periods since then... But now I've just been so tired this month, my 2 year old has been fussy as hell like if I was pregnant before. But I always wondered if I could ever get pregnant again. I know without tubes it's impossible but 🤷‍♀️ just wanna know if any other woman has been through that. Or am I just stressed? I've been having horrible headaches at night too 😭
