Orbeeze

My 5 year old came to me and said look what’s in my drink mom! And it’s a dried up orbeeze!!!! She said she was drinking it and it realized something was inside her drink she spit it out and it’s an orbeeze idk how it got in her drink ( made her chocolate milk) but she said she didn’t feel like she drank any it was just that 1 but I’m scared idk if she drank some and didn’t know. What should I do ???
