Large SCH? HOPE!

Hello, went to my scan today, and midwife notes a LARGE SCH, I’ve been on vaginal progesterone 400 mg daily, and I am measuring on tract actually 6.1 but the hematoma measures the whole bottom part of the gestational sac, there is a yolk sac inside and what liken to be the beginning of a fetal pole, but I just am terrified. I need some success stories.
