Can your workplace run competitions for vaccines? Is that even legal?

I'm pregnant and working in a skilled nursing facility as a patient care aide. It's hard work and the occupational health leader just told us at town hall that this year, they're running a draw for a $250 gift basket for the floor that has the most staff with the flu shot by December 1st. 
Is that even legal? I told her I don't believe in the flu shot and that it's disgusting that they're pushing so heavily for it. That's coercion. It shouldn't even be legal!
Edit: But it IS coercion because they're only letting people who get the shot enter the raffle. That's forcing someone to do something. They are forcing people to get the shot to enter the raffle.  So that's coercion!!! That's not fair to those of us who don't get the shot either. Where are our rewards?

Then don't enter...not hard. To me it isn't coercion but an option a company (based in Healthcare) made that is totally optional. It doesn't negatively effect you or your job if you don't partake. To me it would be coercion if it was like everyone who gets it gets an extra day off or a $100 bonus on the next paycheck or those who don't get it have like a deep cleaning duty or something but its literally a raffle you don't have to do. And ya as a company in care they probably do wanna promote it and fully legally can as they are their own company. Same as the company I own we have free vaccines certain months employees can do or not. It isn't.pushing it it is just there for ease if they want. Or we give access to mental health professionals and that doesn't mean we are pushing therapy but if an employee wants care it is private, accessible while at work so can easily make appts and free. Honestly it is pretty unprofessional you made that big a deal out of something you just don't have to participate in.

It’s not coercion. It’s not forcing. 
You don’t want the flu shot so the information doesn’t pertain to you. 
This is no different than giving an incentive to the employee of the month.

That's the very definition of incentivization. An incentive is not necessarily coercion. Health aside, what happens if you don't get the flu shot? Well, you lower your team's chances of getting entered into the draw for the basket. You eliminate your chances of winning the basket. 
What happens if you get your flu shot (health aside)? You increase the chances of your team being able to enter the raffle for the basket and have a shot at winning the basket. That's it (health aside). 
It's perfectly legal and not at all coercion. Your employer cannot share who got their flu shot but it is perfectly legal to say something like 75% of Team A has their flu shot and 85% of Team B has their flu shot. Your vaccination records are confidential but do need to be reported.

Are they forcing you to get it? Sounds like they are more so encouraging people to get the shot with an incentive. If they are not forcing you to get it then don’t get it

This isn't coercion. They are not forcing you to play the game. Sounds like you're just pissed you can't enter while not getting the shot. Not sure where you are finding any force at all. They are offering you a chance at a prize...not forcing you to participate. Your choice to not play and that choice means no raffle. You're not a victim here. Forcing you would be get the shot or lose your job.

It's a fun incentive for making a healthy decision that benefits the employer and employees. The healthier the employees are, the lower the insurance costs.

It is legal, but but it is borderline coercion. Your "team" is (or might be)  going to push for you to do it. They may give you a hard time if you don't. It may even cause your workplace to be toxic for a while. If you express your conerns, you'll probably get hit with "well, if you just get your shot, it wont happen"
