Yep. I just use regular kids toothpaste or the training toothpaste for when kids are starting to learn how to brush

We do fluoride toothpaste when whey can spit when brushing and not swallow it all. So for both ny kids that was about 18-24 months. Until then their dentist had them on fluoride drops.

I’ve used it for both kids (2&3) since 6m old. Only a smear less than a grain of rice until they can spit. Once they can spit, a pea sized amount. 
The most recent recommendation from all major health organizations is to use fluoride toothpaste from the beginning.
