ISO a deodorant that will keep you fresh all day

I currently use secret fresh clear gel and deodorant in lavender and it is just not cutting it. I still stink so bad because postpartum sweats and I’m breastfeeding so I can’t go out of the house without smelling full of bo half way into the day. Help!
