Bloody show/contractions

I am 37+5. Last night I was in triage, my contractions were 2-3 min apart, but I never progressed more than 3cm in the hour so I got sent home. I went for a walk this morning and went to the restroom and this (bloody show) was in my shorts. I should mention this is my 3rd. How soon did labor happen for you guys after losing it?
