OK, so the father of my son is saying that the court won’t change our schedule if I move four hours away I don’t believe that because he never deal with anything like this me neither but if anybody have been in a situation where you moved to better yourself in the courts did change the schedule or didn’t change the schedule. May you let me know because I am moving 3 to 4 hours away from my Hometown to start school And have a better career in my path that’s why I’m leaving and so. My kids can see different things other than the same stuff they see down in my hometown, which is nothing because it’s literally nothing here so if you have been in my situation, just let me know. And I had to put this part in so I was planning this move for years and I even made a post on here about it my baby dad was comfortable with me moving and now since the week is coming up he’s changing his mind. He has visitation rights and I am willing to do the drive because we are in Ohio so I am not moving states at all just little down south, but I willing to let the father stay over at the house as long as he wants since he has no other kids in the picture I allowed him to get and see his kid whenever he ask even when it’s my days with my kid I allow the father to get him. Because I don’t wanna seem like the bitter type. Reason why I am moving because of school and my job down there pays more and I want my kids to see more and do more in life, I just feel like this move is what we all need they been happy ever since they knew they were moving
