This is creepy right? Like scammy or fraudy?

A while back this lady was selling this swing on marketplace but because it was brand new, she was selling the swing for $100. It was in the box and sealed. She has 4.8 stars and 300+ reviews and was selling a bunch of stuff because she didn't end up using it (she said). The swing retails for $150 new but it never goes on sale (I've been checking for almost a year).

I told her I was interested but there were other swings going for around $50 so would she consider dropping the price? She said unfortunately she had another buyer interested at the full price, but since we were talking first she'd give it to me for $75. I said I could only do max $50. She said "sorry, I can't do $50". I said that's fine, but just be aware that they're going for max $50 at Once Upon a Child.

She said something like that's great but they're also used and not sealed in a box and never used (I thought that was really rude). I said ok but they're still $50. She asked why I hadn't picked one up then (also RUDE!). I told her it's too far of a drive for me (45 minutes one way) and I don't have a vehicle. She said she's down that way all the time so if I want, she can keep an eye out for me. I said "lol k" not thinking she was serious.

Today she messages me and says "Hey! There's a swing here for $35. If you want to e-transfer me $40, I can pick it up for you and drop it off whoever you like. Let me know if that works for you!" She sent pictures and it's definitely in good but not perfect condition. I did the math and with tax it's only $39.55 but 45 cents is not a big deal. I left her on read.

I really want the swing but... Is this too good to be true? I searched her name on Google and she does a lot of charity work and is big into supporting pregnancy/single parent resource centres in the community. She also raised money for a cooling cot at the hospital for stillborn babies. I want to trust her but I also feel like maybe it's too good to be true.
