3 or 4 days?

This might sound dumb but if i had s*x on CD11 and got a positive LH test on CD 13, does that mean it’s 3 or 4 days before ovulation? I guess I’m thinking we didn’t have s*x close enough to ovulation..

And is that a high enough chance to potentially get pregnant?
