So, I have been with my partner for 1.5 years now. We are not planning for a baby but not fussed if we do. We have had multiple unprotected sex within the 1.5 years we have been together where he will finish inside me. This has been going on roughly once or sometimes twice a month for the past 1.5 years. We have done this at peak ovulation times as well and I have never been pregnant. I am aware that it is much harder to become pregnant than we think but am I overthinking this all? My partner has had someone pregnant before so now I am just worried I could possibly be infertile.

I am 24 years old and we are planning on getting married and of course want children. I live in the UK and I am not too sure how testing for fertility really works.
