Mother I’m law tells everybody I’m pregnant

So I’m only 6 weeks pregnant and me and my partner had decided to only tell our parents and siblings but my mother in law has shared the news with her family and friends and I guess I’m upset as I wanted to be the one to tell people when I’m ready as Im afraid of having a miscarriage due to my weight and high risk pregnancy and than explain to everyone about it and them feeling sorry for me as that would make me uncomfortable as I haven’t met his entire family just yet
