Second baby and breech signs of labor?

I'm 36+6 and got a breeched baby on my hands. He's my second and I was curious about a couple things! I've had diarrhea the last week or so and was curious could that be a sign I'm close? Silly as it may seem! (Got induced with my first at 40weeks and never had any signs of labor) Also I'll be talking with my Dr tomorrow but I was wondering if you had your first around 40+ weeks when would they wanna do a C-section for your second?

Ive read diarrhea can be a sign. Ive been having it over the last week and been super nauseated. I’m hoping that means I’m close 🤪

If you want to try make baby move, try spinning babies or the miles circuit to try to get baby head down. Lots of info on Youtube and the internet to try to get baby to flip.

I currently have a breeched baby too, I was told if she was still breeched by 36-37 they would schedule my c section at 39weeks! Just to avoid the possibility of going into labor while she’s in that position! 
But Just because they schedule your c section doesn’t mean that’s final there’s still a chance of the baby re positioning themselves some won’t decide to move till week 38!
