Weight help!

This is beyond embarrassing to post but I feel this is a group that will understand đŸ€

I was also 115ish pounds/ slim! And then I went through several miscarriages, 2 rounds of <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a>, pregnancy and now breastfeeding my 2 year old so im not looking to cut a substantial amount of calories or calorie count.

I feel so uncomfortable in my own skin. I can’t go to the gym because I don’t have anyone to help me with my son and I don’t trust gym to watch him. I’m in Florida. I tried to go running, but it was so excruciatingly hot and I’m just not used to running, I think I can do it when it starts to cool down, but between juggling my two year old and the heat I just couldn’t do it 😭 when I post in other groups im always steered towards those “fake” foods or the diet culture foods. I have a TERRIBLE sweet tooth.

Anyone have any advice for me?! ïżŒ

Me before pregnancy and then after đŸ€Ș I know my body is gonna change because of pregnancy but I just feel so unhealthy
