perioddd

so i had unprotected sex like yesterday but my period is supposed to come on the first of next month but glow says i’m ovulation around this time my cycle is like a 30-52 really irregular but i started feeling cramps and don’t know if it’s ovulation cramps or period cramps and i don’t know if i should be concerned.
