Melatonin
So i have a 21 month old and i want to know if anyone has used zarbees melatonin on a child this young? I only want to use it once for a 4hr plane ride, i dont want to use it as an everyday thing. ***Edit*** Thank you everyone for their advices, his pediatrician said it would be okay but i was a little skeptical. I appreciate it ladies, no melatonin for my little one <3. I guess he's getting new toys lol.
