Azithromycin (Z-Pack)

Have to take one 250mg pill everyday for two weeks for vaginal infection.

I haven’t taken a Z-Pack since I had a sinus infection when I was a child. I have bad anxiety when taking medication and do not want to have a bad reaction.

Is this medicine usually well tolerated? What should I look out for as far as a reaction??

I was on Clindamycin a month ago for this infection and I had burning/tingling tongue, lips, and mouth and felt very drowsy so I am nervous after that experience.
