This is gonna be a little long but needing some advice!

I recently had a miscarriage (4 weeks ago) I was 11 weeks along but the baby had stopped growing at 6 weeks. All of the symptoms went away and I was feeling back like “normal”. Today I decided to take a test just to see if it was all out since we’re at 30 days and there are two lines. I plan to retest in a few days but do you think it’s left over HCG or a new pregnancy? It’s been about 10-12 days since last sexy time.
