High blood pressure after c-section

Me and my husband are wanting to try for baby #2 but I am terrified of getting postpartum hypertension again :( I labored all the way to 9cms and got stuck due to my cervix being titled and my son being over 9 pounds so I asked doctor to do a C-section. Surgery went smoothly, I lost some blood but they couldn’t tell whether that was due to labor or the surgery itself. Wasn’t bad enough to need a blood transfusion, but I did get iron transfusions. About 3-4 days postpartum my blood pressure had spiked and I was readmitted to the hospital and put on a magnesium drip. I want so badly to have another child, but I don’t want that experience again. Has this happened to anyone else and they went on to have a healthy recovery?

Note* my next child I will be doing a scheduled C-section. My OB told me since my first baby was so large the next one likely would be as well.
