My little guy has HFM. He doesn’t go to daycare so I never thought I’d have to deal with this 😭 he’s in so much pain the doctor said give him Tylenol and Motrin together & if he doesn’t seem better pain wise by tomorrow he’ll prescribe hydrocodone. Which I would rather avoid doping him up, unless absolutely necessary. Thankfully we caught it early and he doesn’t have any skin lesions, buttt his throat and inside of his mouth are red and hurting him very badly. He’s snotty, and throwing up. Burning up with a fever, but won’t eat and is being picky about drinking. I know there’s nothing I can do medicine wise to help. But does anyone have any tips for comfort at the very least? TIA mamas
