BO smell due to IUD

So occasionally since getting my hormonal IUD, I notice even after I shower a couple hours later I smell like BO downstairs. Is there any way to remedy that? I wear cotton underwear and jeans all day(I work outside so I know it’s totally understandable) it just makes me self conscious. I don’t sleep with undies on to let it breathe. Other than carrying wipes and being able to freshen up throughout the day, is there anything I can do to possibly help? I shower every night after work, always wear clean undies the next day. Or has anyone else noticed a change in odor since getting the hormonal IUD? I know it’s bc of the hormones and stuff, but it doesn’t effect me anywhere else, it makes me a little self conscious
