Heart rate in the 170/180s?

Hi mamas! Has anyone found truth to the old wives tale regarding gender/heart rate? My first daughter was typically in the 160/170s from what I can recall! Waiting ever so impatiently on my NIPT results to find out gender! Had an appointment today and baby #2’s heart rate was in the high 170s! Am I crazy for thinking we’ve got another girl cookin?

Both my boys were in the 170s. I don’t think this one’s true.

I just found out it's a boy and the heart rate was 170 at 8 weeks

My son, first born, was in the 140-150s. My daughter was high. My, now, third pregnancy is  in the 170s. Im having gut feeling its a girl too. Im hoping for a baby boy 🤞🏼
