11DPO negative test- any hope?

I’m on cycle day 26. I usually start af by CD 25 and have spotting by CD 24 but there are no signs of that at all!! Took a test today at 11 DPO and thought this could be it… it was totally negative. Still no signs of af. I got a positive at 11 DPO with my first baby.

Anyone have similar experiences that ended up with a BFP?
