Me and my ex have been fighting lately. He pays for our kids private school and since he's marrying a woman with a teenage son he's now paying for his private school too because he wants everyone to have the same thing. Because of this he can't pay the $500 for my daughter's trip to Disney world and she will either have to get a job or do the fundraising and selling candy bars that everyone else does. He always pays but said 16 is old enough for her to pay her own way or do the fundraising. She hates fundraisers at her school. Now my daughter is crying because her dad won't allow her friends over anymore and when I spoke to him about it he is trying to say her friends have been "bullying" his step son at the new school. I don't like bullying but those are my daughter's best friends since 1st grade. It just feels like he's constantly picking his step son who's not his step son over his biological kids. If his step son can't handle private school put him in public.
