Does anyone know what the flashing smiley face mean on the clear blue ovulation test?

Answer

It means high fertility indicating a surge in estrogen. A solid smiley face is a surge in LH and you should ovulate within 12 to 48 hours of the solid smiley face. This is explained in the instructions of the test.
