Hi everyone, I’m 32 weeks pregnant and I went to the urgent care because I feel like I have a UTI. (Frequent urination and burning)

When they tested my urine it came back with trace protein in it. So they checked me blood pressure with the machine and it was 147/88. But the cuff they used was small and didn’t fit me properly. So they came back and checked it 2 more times with the bigger cuff that fit me properly. My blood pressure was 120/81 and then 128/83. They recommended I go to the ER to be evaluated for preeclampsia since my first reading was high, even though it was with an improper cuff.

I have no other symptoms. No swelling. No headache. No pain. Just the constant urge to pee. So they’re culturing my urine.

Baby boy is super active. I know I’m slightly dehydrated as well, I haven’t drank much today. Should I go or trust my gut instinct that I’m fine?

Side note- I do have gestational diabetes.
