Tiny bumps inside swollen finger

I noticed yesterday my finger was swollen, never has happened before until today I noticed little tiny circle inside of my finger. The pressure of it hurts really bad just to even touch it. Does anyone have an idea what this could be??? Should I go to urgent care?
