Early on bleeding
Did you have bleeding around the time you found out you were expecting and later confirmed your carrying multiples?
I had 3 days bleeding that tapered off to brown spotting for a day or two then nothing. Thought it was a period. But I tested positive for pregnancy. Someone in another post pointed out that sometimes it could be caused by “multiples”.
