I have a 19mm follicles today. The doctor said I need to inject the trigger tonight. My question is when to BD? Tonight or tomorrow?

I would tonight and tomorrow. 
It's better to be having sex every 2 to 3 days leading up to ovulation and then the day of predicted ovulation and the 2 days after. That will make it so sperm is always waiting for the egg.
