Help!

I went for an ultrasound today. I’m 7 weeks according to the app. And they dated me 6_+4 with a heartbeat of 135.

I’m coming off of two losses at 11&13 weeks.

And I’m in Poland so unfamiliar with all of their terms.

I’m wondering if any of you can help me identify what that cat shaped black hole with the white thing in it.

I’m fairly certain the oblong black spot with the dot is my uterus and baby. (Or yolk sac?)

But what is the other thing?

My bladder or ovary maybe? But then what’s the white thing??

Please help!

I’m up in the middle of the night stressing. And I’m dealing with a language barrier for the next few months.
