I started bc 3 months ago. My periods are normal very little cramps and back pain on first and second days for the most part. Last night a felt a strong cramp and felt something coming out which I thought was a clot but this is what I got a large piece of tissue. Has this happened to anybody ? Should I go to my Gyn ?
