So I have been married to a text book narcissist for only 8 months literally a month after our wedding his mask completely fell off. And it hasn’t been right since then. He is a horrible person. We have a lease together I have tried to get out of multiple times so now he is literally stalling on paying me his portion of bills which takes my whole check like I have never seen a 37 year old be this petty. Is there anything I could do legally since he is not paying his portion of rent. Everything is under both but me primarily. Is there like legal proceedings concerning a non paying roommate for the state of North Carolina?
