Gooey brown discharge

Today at work I felt a gush. I had pink discharge when I wiped. Then turned into brown gooey discharge. My period was the 27th through the 1st. My Bf and I BD on the 2nd at around 2:30 and this didn’t happen until today the 3rd at 3:40pm. Could this be early ovulation?
