For those ladies who wonder if Opks can detect pregnancy yes they can. I'm going on 6 weeks of I'm not mistaken I go for my first appointment on Thursday. I'm excited but also nervous because I keep having cramps like period feeling and my lower back hurts a lot. Not really having any symptoms just fatigue breast tenderness, cramps , frequency of urination, hungry. It's been 5 yrs since I was last pregnant and I can't remember if it's normal to cramp. I work doing housekeeping in a Laundromat and I'm constantly walking but lately I have to sit down because I cant stand my back.
